Supply Chain Analytics
There's been this buzz for years about how health systems need to look at supply utilization to reduce expenses. Tightening down contracts is good but it only goes so far and it's hard to get blood from a stone. Lawson is developing their Supply Chain Analytics tool but it's in it's infancy and does not integrate clinical information. Perhaps their Clinical Bridge will help with this in the future. Does anyone out there have a good system now that integrates supply chain data with clinical data along with reimbursement data? I want to be able to slice and dice supply expenses by physician and procedure and we want one system that pulls everything together. Read More...
