Question on Purging Vendors |
We are currently evaluating the AP300 for purging one-time vendors. Based on what we have tested so far, everything seems to be working great to purge these based on a cutoff date. However, we are going to want to purge our regular vendors in the future as well based on a cutoff date. However, from the documentation we've read, the AP300 defines a "No Activity Vendor" as a vendor who doesn't have a balance in APVENBAL for the current or previous year (Lawson KB #81692). That sounds like it would purge anyone who we didn't use in the last two years. We would like to purge these but keep 7 years in Lawson like we are doing with the One-Time Vendors. Has anyone done this before? Read More... |

Retail Calendar and 13th Period |
We are trying to deal with this 53rd week and we know GL can handle a 13th period, but when we contacted Lawson and they advised us not to turn on the 13th period, but offered no other suggestions to deal with it. I was wondering if there were any retail clients dealing with a 13th period or a 53rd week in Lawson? Read More... |
