LBI Report Delivery Options |
I have a few reports that open directly in Excel (Data Only) or PDF in LBI. The process to distribute these is to save a copy, then they can be emailed as desired. My question is: Can the reports be set up not only to open directly in the chosen application (PDF, Excel, etc) but to also email them directly without having to save a copy first? Wondering if there's just an option that needs to be selected in LBI? Read More... |

United Way One-Time Gifts |
I know we can gather data on "standardized" payroll deductions for United Way gifts that are deducted from payroll, either via PR14 or PR39. However, we are wondering how other organizations handle (and track) those one-time gifts that are not deducted from payroll. We have numerous employees who prefer to do a one-time gift either by cash or check, rather than have their gift collected via payroll deduction. HR06 Message: "Cannot inactivate" |
I went to HR06 today to inactivate a job code we are no longer using. However, when I changed the Status field from "A" to "I" and clicked Change, I got an error message reading "Cannot inactivate; active Time Records exist" and was unable to proceed. Has anybody else ever received this message, and if so how did you navigate around it? Thanks! Read More... |
